3、 Activity arrangement
(1) We will fully implement the concept of promoting mental health through the combination of five education programs. Local education administrative departments and schools should vigorously promote and practice the concept of promoting students' mental health through "five educations at the same time", promote the moral cultivation project, the youth reading action, the students' physical fitness plan, the aesthetic education infiltration action, the labor habit cultivation plan, and the scientific education promotion plan, and integrate students' mental health education into moral education, education, teaching Manage the whole process of service and student growth, carry out students' mental health education activities in multiple channels and forms, enhance peer support, and harmonize the relationship between teachers, students, and classmates.
(2) Carry out targeted mental health education for all teachers and students. Local education administrative departments and schools should strengthen teacher training, help teachers in all subjects learn and master psychological knowledge, pay attention to maintaining students' mental health in subject teaching, and promote students' physical and mental health and all-round development. Guide kindergartens to pay attention to children's psychological development needs and keep children in a positive emotional state. Instruct primary and secondary schools to attach importance to cultivating students' positive, optimistic, healthy and upward psychological quality. Guide secondary vocational schools and colleges and universities to attach importance to improving students' psychological adjustment ability, cultivate students' psychological quality of self-reliance and dedication, maintain good mental health, better match careers and adapt to society. We should care about the mental health of left behind children and migrant children, and provide necessary psychological counseling and intervention.
(3) Organize and mobilize professional forces to widely and deeply popularize the science of mental health. The "National Student Mental Health Lecture" was held, and authoritative experts were invited to publicize students' mental health knowledge. Local education administrative departments and schools should give full play to the role of students' mental health experts as organizations and experts, and use radio, television, consultation hotlines, special lectures, popular science books, short videos and other media and communication means to conduct in-depth performance and identification of students' mental health problems, and correctly maintain mental health methods Popularization of science on channels and institutions for help seeking of psychological problems widely publicized the idea that "everyone is the first responsible person for their own mental health".
(4) Guide parents to pay attention to children's mental health. Local education administrative departments and schools should carry out mental health knowledge publicity and consultation services through parent schools, parent classrooms, etc., guide parents to establish scientific parenting concepts, rationally determine children's growth expectations, pay attention to children's mental health, and respect children's psychological development laws. Advocate parents to take cultivating healthy personality as the main task of family education, and use loving parent-child relationship to describe the background of children's life development. Advocate parents to pay attention to children's psychological feelings, patiently educate children in a way that children can accept, and guide children through words and deeds.
(5) Promote exchange and mutual learning of experience and practices. Local education administrative departments should dig deeply into local typical experiences and excellent cases of strengthening students' mental health, work with the publicity department to increase publicity, promote students' mental health work experience and practices in a multi-level, multi angle and all-round way, and constantly strengthen students' mental health work.
