7、 Force majeure

13、 Termination of Agreement

If you violate this Agreement and other business regulations issued by Hugo Cross Border and are not suitable for continuing to use Hugo Cross Border related services, Hugo Cross Border has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement, and reserves the right to claim compensation and investigate legal liability.

14、 Others

14.1 Hugo cross-border respects your legal rights. 14.2 Other rules, terms and agreements on the Hugo cross-border platform apply to the parts not specified in this agreement. In case of any conflict between the above rules, terms and agreement and this agreement, the agreement shall prevail.

14.3 The failure of Hugo Cross Border to take action on a breach of contract by users or other persons does not mean that this website withdraws the right to take action on any subsequent or similar breach.
