1、 Time and method of on-site qualification review

9:00-11:40, 12:30-17:30, May 16, 2024. The qualification review shall be conducted by means of on-site qualification review.

2、 Site qualification review place

3、 Materials to be submitted for on-site qualification review

1. The applicant shall provide one original and one copy of other certification materials required by the post, such as valid ID card, previous graduation certificate, previous academic degree certificate, previous electronic registration and filing form for academic certification of the Ministry of Education, practicing qualification certificate, professional title certificate, resident standardized training certificate, etc.

2. Returned overseas students need to provide the original and one copy (1 copy) of the certificate of certification of overseas academic qualifications and degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education. According to the requirements of the Notice on Cancellation of Paper Certification Results of the Certification Service of Overseas Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education on May 5, 2019, applicants can print an electronic certificate with an electronic seal, After online verification, it has the same legal effect as the original paper certification results.

3. Graduates who have not yet obtained their graduation certificates and degree certificates should provide the original and photocopy of the employment recommendation form for graduates signed by the employment guidance department of the university, and print the Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education through the online query and verification of Xuexin Network of the Ministry of Education (www.chsi. com. cn). Fresh students should graduate on schedule and obtain graduation certificate, degree certificate and resident standardized training certificate before July 31, 2024 (if the original certificate cannot be provided in 2024, the certificate of reaching the national theoretical achievement qualification line should be provided).

4. 4、 Site qualification requirements

1. Applicants are requested to carry relevant certificates and supporting materials according to the requirements of the notice, and conduct qualification review on time. 2. Qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment. Anyone who practices fraud will be immediately disqualified once verified.

3. The applicant shall keep his/her contact information unblocked. The consequences caused by the blocked contact information shall be borne by the applicant. If he/she fails to provide the certificate and relevant supporting materials to our hospital at the end of the on-site qualification examination time, it shall be deemed as waiver.

4. Check the original copy for on-site qualification review. Please be sure to bring the original and one copy to participate in the qualification review.

5. For candidates who are unable to participate in the on-site qualification review for some reason, please fill in the Letter of Authorization for Qualification Review (Annex 3) and ask someone to participate in the on-site qualification review on their behalf, and attach copies of the ID cards of the client and the trustee. If applicants outside Ningxia cannot participate in the qualification review on site due to various reasons, they can contact the Human Resources Department of the hospital to scan the original documents required for the review within the qualification review time (9:00-17:30 on May 16) and send them in PDF format to the mailbox of the Human Resources Department of the hospital (e-mail address: rsk23027@163.com );
