Soliciting opinions on the revision of the Administrative Measures of the State Forestry Administration for Entrusting the Implementation of Forestry Administrative Licensing Matters

In order to support local forestry and grass administrative departments to further promote the reform of "decentralization, management and service", the State Forestry and Grassland Administration plans to make individual amendments to the departmental rules "Administrative Measures of the State Forestry Administration for Entrusted Implementation of Forestry Administrative Licensing Matters" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), as follows:

1. Before Article 15 of the Methods, an article is added that "local competent forestry and grass departments may entrust subordinate competent forestry and grass departments or other organs in line with the law to implement the administrative licensing matters within the scope of their statutory functions and powers", and the original Article 15 is revised to Article 16, and the specific content is revised accordingly according to the official release time of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

2. The "State Forestry Administration" in the Measures is uniformly revised to "State Forestry and Grassland Administration".

3. Other contents of the Measures remain unchanged.
