Green has become the distinctive background of the joint construction of the "Belt and Road". Over the past decade, the construction of the Green Silk Road has continuously contributed to global environmental and climate governance. The Green Silk Road Messenger Program implemented by China has trained more than 3000 college youth, technicians, etc. in the field of ecological environment protection and climate change for nearly 120 developing countries. Many young people have become green Silk Road ambassadors, providing programs for countries along the "Belt and Road" to implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and carrying forward the next decade.
