On the Lantern Festival on February 5, a group of runners ran the pattern of "Fu Rabbit" in Beijing Olympic Forest Company.

"Rabbit! Rabbit!" With the cheers of a group of runners, a rabbit's energetic figure quickly passed through the forest. It was too late to take out its mobile phone to record this scene, but only left a brief image in my mind. This rabbit has two long ears, strong and developed hind legs and low body fat... This seems to be the goal of runners.

Beijing running circle has always been in the habit of spontaneously commemorating the festival with running. The running content includes digital figure running, mileage running, special figure running, etc. On February 4 and 5 this year, the Spring Festival and the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first month are connected. It is said that there are only six such festivals in the 100 years of the 21st century. On the day of the Lantern Festival, a team of runners, a public welfare platform for running activities across the country, ran out a "lucky rabbit" pattern in the Beijing Olympic Forest Park, and happened to meet the rabbit.

Most people have recovered from the cold winter of the epidemic. At present, how to safely resume the movement is very important. In November 2022, WHO updated the self-management rehabilitation guidance manual for COVID-19 related diseases. In the chapter of "physical activity and exercise", it is suggested that recovery exercise should be divided into five stages, and each stage should be maintained for at least 7 days before entering the next stage. That is to say, the exercise should be carried out step by step, and the intensity should not be reached immediately before the illness, because the physical strength and immunity are in the repair stage at this time.

"For the 2023 New Year Run, we have designed five plans with different distances and different speeds. From the 4.5km Snow Lotus, 6.5km New Year Digital Rabbit, 9km Olsen Mengmeng Rabbit, 20km 2023 Digital Graphic Night Run in the city center, to the 21km Guqin Run in the Forbidden City, which passes through the Forbidden City, Jingshan Mountain, and Bell and Drum Tower. The pace also ranges from 13 and 11 minutes to 7 and a half minutes and 6 and a half minutes. Runners can choose freely according to their physical conditions. This Lantern Festival's rabbit run is also a combination of walking and running. The pace is about 15 minutes, which is very suitable for new athletes and teenagers. " Persia, the head of the ever-changing platform, said.

A total of 88 people participated in the Lantern Festival rabbit race. Looking back on the cross year running activities organized in previous years, Persia sighed with the fleeting time, "The first time we organized the cross year running was at the end of 2018, running 2019 digital graphics, which was proposed by the group of friends. It was originally planned to recruit 100 people, but it was filled in less than one morning, and then 100 people were opened up. At that time, our daily activities were only attended by 20 or 30 people at most. The New Year run was both a holiday and a cold winter. Unexpectedly, so many people signed up. Later, we positioned the cross year running as the largest activity every year. " Persia introduced that the second 2020 New Year Run was divided into several speed groups and added activities in the morning of New Year's Day, with nearly 500 people signing up to participate. The third 2021 New Year Run was upgraded to the New Year Week, and nearly 400 people signed up to participate. At the end of 2021, the fourth 2022 New Year Run was simplified into two activities in the speed distribution group - the classic digital figure run and the Forbidden City blessing run. More than 200 people signed up to participate. In addition to cross year running, there are various running activities in Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Tanabata Festival, National Day, etc.

Life changes with each passing day. What remains unchanged is the runners' persistence every year. Persia believes that people have better understood the importance of physical health, and they have also firmly believed in continuing to exercise and run.

"Nothing can stop the runner's yearning for free running," runner Zhang Yue (a pseudonym) told reporters. From the deserted parks, roads and shops in December last year to the rush of people at the time of the New Year, we have to lament the strength of the human body's ability to self repair and social recovery. As Dr. Bo Shining mentioned in his book, when fighting against diseases, you should remember that tens of thousands of cells in your body are working with you... A sound and strong immune system brings health, and a strong resistance and recovery ability to diseases... Real health is still healthy when exposed to the danger of viruses and bacteria.

"In the future, there may be other unknown viruses and bacteria that challenge human beings. What we can do, in the words of Western medicine, is to strengthen our own immunity. In the words of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, it is the healthy qi that exists inside, and evil cannot do it." Runner Tu Xiao (alias) said.

"In the spring and March, this is called" hair aging ". The heaven and earth are born, and all things are honored..." Our body, spirit, and social operation... are all recovering. It's like a passage written on the ever-changing public account: tired, sick and happy. The tenacity honed from running has never defeated runners. Their persistence and expectation of hope has always made them stronger than others and has a positive impact on their family and friends.

In the cold, the pines and cypresses will wither. Runner Zhang Yue (not his real name) said: "Long term self-discipline exercise habits enable runners to have good physical quality and the ability to perceive and control their own physical state. Although individual differences, they do not affect everyone's ability to meet better themselves on the path of pursuing a healthy lifestyle."
