Nanchang Metro said that during the use, passengers need to hold the same ticket card/the same App QR code/the same UnionPay flash card to enter and exit the station. Passengers directly swipe code/card to enter and exit the station, free of charge within 10 minutes; Holding a physical card needs to go to the customer service center to be handled by the staff.

In addition, passengers who need to go to the toilet, pick up people, pick up things, etc., can register at the station customer service center and get the "Convenience Card for Same Station". The rule of "one card for one person, one in and one out" is implemented for entering and exiting the station. The card is only valid within 10 minutes after being issued, and will be invalid and recycled if overdue. When using the card to exit the station, it needs to be returned to the customer service center staff, otherwise it will be treated as no ticket.

Passengers who originally needed to pay 3 yuan for the same station entrance and exit fees will be adjusted to "0 yuan".

From April 29 to May 5, the media launched multiple attacks and used different payment methods in many subway lines in Beijing to experience the refund problem. The experimental results show that no matter whether passengers hold temporary tickets or not, the refund process can be completed within 3 minutes without any obstacles in the process.

It is clear that if passengers cancel the ride within 10 minutes after entering the station, they should take the initiative to go to the customer service center of the station for free renewal or ticket refund before leaving the station; It will not be accepted if it takes more than 10 minutes or it is not the station.

The Hangzhou Metro Ticketing Rules will be updated in December 2023. It will be noted that if passengers cancel the ride within 10 minutes after entering the gate, they should take the initiative to go to the customer service center at the gate entry station before leaving the gate. Those exceeding 10 minutes will not be accepted.
