Nanchang Metro
On May 20, Nanchang Metro announced that, in order to further improve the operation service level of Nanchang Metro and meet the diversified travel needs of citizens, from May 21, Nanchang Metro officially launched the free service of "same station access" within 10 minutes, that is, passengers with the same ticket card will be allowed to enter and exit the same station free of charge within 10 minutes (inclusive).
Nanchang Metro said that during the use, passengers need to hold the same ticket card/the same App QR code/the same UnionPay flash card to enter and exit the station. Passengers directly swipe code/card to enter and exit the station, free of charge within 10 minutes; Holding a physical card needs to go to the customer service center to be handled by the staff.
In addition, passengers who need to go to the toilet, pick up people, pick up things, etc., can register at the station customer service center and get the "Convenience Card for Same Station". The rule of "one card for one person, one in and one out" is implemented for entering and exiting the station. The card is only valid within 10 minutes after being issued, and will be invalid and recycled if overdue. When using the card to exit the station, it needs to be returned to the customer service center staff, otherwise it will be treated as no ticket.

According to the news of Tianjin Municipal Commission of Transport on May 14, in order to facilitate passengers to cross the street and use the toilet at the subway station, and ease the inconvenience of taking the wrong way and wrong exit, Tianjin Metro launched the "same station access" service.
If passengers do not take the bus within 10 minutes after entering the gate, they can go to the customer service center at the same station to manually handle the free exit before the exit fee deduction. If the exit fee has been deducted or the one-way ticket has been recovered, it will not be accepted.
Shanghai subway
In April this year, a new regulation of Shanghai Metro attracted attention: if passengers need to enter and leave the same station temporarily, they can go to the station service center for manual processing within 10 minutes, which will save 3 yuan.
The "Ticket Handling Instructions" column on the official website of Shanghai Metro has been updated to clarify that "if passengers cancel the ride within 10 minutes of entering the station, they should take the initiative to go to the service center of the station before leaving the station; if they leave the station for more than 10 minutes, or if they do not enter the station, they will not be accepted." Passengers who originally needed to pay 3 yuan for the same station entrance and exit fees will be adjusted to "0 yuan".
Beijing Metro
From April 29 to May 5, the media launched multiple attacks and used different payment methods in many subway lines in Beijing to experience the refund problem. It is found that when passengers have a temporary demand to enter and exit at the same station, the refund of temporary ticket purchase is simple and convenient.
In many subway stations, the media first chose to purchase temporary ticket cards through self-service machines. When the experiment is going in and out of the station, the first situation is that after swiping the temporary ticket card to enter the station, you can immediately find the staff to explain the situation, and the staff can query the use of the temporary ticket card and refund the fees. On the other hand, the temporary ticket card has been put into the gate when leaving the station, and the staff cannot provide vouchers when asking for help, so they can only ask the staff to query the records.
The experimental results show that no matter whether passengers hold temporary tickets or not, the refund process can be completed within 3 minutes without any obstacles in the process.

The Suzhou Rail Transit Ticketing Rules will be updated in June 2023. It is clear that if passengers cancel the ride within 10 minutes after entering the station, they should take the initiative to go to the customer service center of the station for free renewal or ticket refund before leaving the station; It will not be accepted if it takes more than 10 minutes or it is not the station.
The Hangzhou Metro Ticketing Rules will be updated in December 2023. It will be noted that if passengers cancel the ride within 10 minutes after entering the gate, they should take the initiative to go to the customer service center at the gate entry station before leaving the gate. Those exceeding 10 minutes will not be accepted.
