Xinhua News Agency The smart green production base of Guangdong Taikoo Coca Cola Dawan District, with an investment of 1.25 billion yuan, laid the foundation in Huangpu District, Guangzhou on May 21. The new plant covers an area of nearly 128000 square meters, and 11 new beverage production lines, three-dimensional warehouses and supporting facilities will be built. The annual capacity will increase by about 66% compared with the current capacity.
It is understood that Swire Coca Cola is committed to building the production base into a green, intelligent, environmentally friendly and diversified world-class factory. Established in December 1995, Guangdong Taikoo Coca Cola Co., Ltd. is one of the largest bottling plants in mainland China selling Taikoo Coca Cola. At present, Swire Coca Cola operates 5 bottling plants in Guangdong, with a total of 14 modern production lines.
