Wang Jun, a reporter from Yangcheng Evening News, reported that Shenzhen recently held a 2024 on-site job fair to help the disabled. The job fair was held in the mode of "online+offline". Hundreds of high-quality enterprises with employment needs of the disabled participated in the fair, providing more than 1500 jobs, including financial cost analysis and management, Java development engineers, graphic design, foreign affairs and business specialists, civil servants, network consultants, enamel colorists, etc.

On the job fair site, publicity service desks such as preferential tax policy consultation for promoting the employment of the disabled, Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Ecological Platform, employee mutual assistance security plan, legal consultation for the disabled, career evaluation, employment and entrepreneurship policy consultation for the disabled are specially set up to meet the diversified needs of disabled job seekers for employment and entrepreneurship.

The job fair will be broadcast live at the same time, and professional sign language teachers will be equipped to translate. The HR avatar anchor of five high-quality enterprises, including Dongguan Lingyijing, Liandi Information Accessibility, and Lianfa Gude, explained the enterprise situation, job needs, recruitment requirements, salary and benefits, and other contents. In order to help the rural revitalization, the sponsor also promoted the job fairs to six Shenzhen counterpart areas, including Nanning, Guilin, Baise and Hechi in Guangxi, Heyuan and Shanwei in Guangdong, so as to broaden the local employment channels for the disabled.

The job fair was jointly organized by the Shenzhen Disabled Persons' Federation, Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shenzhen Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. On June 19, Shenzhen will also hold a special job fair for college graduates with disabilities.
