The average altitude of the site is 4650 meters, and the total investment is 640 million yuan, It is the largest wind power project approved in Tibet, the largest wind power project with the largest single unit capacity at ultra-high altitude, and the largest wind power project with the largest installed capacity at ultra-high altitude in the world 。 The project uses 25 onshore wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 4.0 MW. The hub height of the wind turbine is 100 meters, the diameter of the impeller is 172 meters, the blade length is 84.5 meters, the tower height is 99 meters, and the maximum lifting weight is 130 tons, which belongs to the ultra-high tower wind turbine.
