In the second batch of public announcement list of civil servants to be hired in 2024 released by Suzhou Civil Service Bureau, Su Zhen's name appeared on the list of candidates for grass-roots affairs management positions in Lingbi County's township authorities, and his written examination, interview and total score were at the top of the list, with excellent performance.

After graduating from Xiaoxian Experimental High School in Anhui Province, he entered the School of Physics, University of Science and Technology of China, and then went to Stanford University for further study.
