Who is profiting from Ukraine's weapons "wish list"?

Baldriac, the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, recently released a "wish list" of weapons and equipment on social media, including

1000 155mm howitzers, 300 multiple rocket systems, 500 tanks, 2000 armored vehicles and 1000 UAVs.

Many international media believe that this list has pushed the demand of Ukraine for weapons made in the West to the limit, and will even consume the inventory of some American weapons and equipment.

Financial Times: Baldriac estimated that Ukraine needs 1000 155mm howitzers to defeat the Russian army. However, some intelligence agencies said that the West only provided or promised to provide about 250 howitzers.

Military industrial complex makes long-term profits from the conflict between Russia and Ukraine

Since the outbreak of the Russian Ukrainian conflict, the main force of military assistance to Ukraine is undoubtedly the United States.

On the 15th local time, the President of the United States announced that he would provide another US $1 billion in military aid to Uzbekistan.

According to the statement issued by the US Department of Defense, this round of US assistance to Ukraine is divided into two parts:

The weapons and equipment worth 350 million dollars were directly approved by Biden and retrieved from the inventory of the Ministry of Defense, including 18 155 mm calibre howitzers, 36000 shells, 18 howitzer tractors, and rockets adapted to the "high mobility multi barrel rocket system" previously provided by the United States to Uzbekistan.

The remaining weapons and equipment valued at 650 million dollars were purchased from military enterprises by the United States Department of Defense, including two sets of Harpoon anti-ship missile systems for coastal defense, as well as thousands of military radios, night vision goggles and thermal imagers.

Tulsi Gabad, a former US congressman, said that US President Biden could prevent the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine as long as he promised not to accept Ukraine into NATO, but they would not do so because they wanted to see the Russian Ukrainian conflict continue.
