1、 General idea

2、 Work objectives

In 2024, we will strive to guide Kangxian County or Chengxian County to obtain the naming of a national "two mountains" practice and innovation base, and guide other counties and districts to strive to obtain the naming of two provincial "two mountains" practice and innovation bases.
3、 Key tasks
（1） Continuously optimize the ecological environment
1. Strengthen ecological restoration and management. Actively apply for the pilot project of comprehensive treatment and sustainable development of water environment in national key river basins. We will strive for a number of national ecological demonstration projects and promote the construction of green mines in a classified and orderly manner. Strictly implement the main responsibilities of mining enterprises, and actively strive for the restoration and management projects of mines left over by history. Accelerate the implementation of the project of comprehensive treatment of tailings pond in the upper reaches of Jialing River. We will continue to promote the pilot project of the Giant Panda National Park system and the water conservation and biodiversity conservation and restoration project in the western section of the Qinling Mountains. We will comprehensively promote the integration of urban and rural greening and beautification, implement the transformation and upgrading of green corridors, and strengthen the ecological restoration and management of the northern and southern mountains in Wudu urban area. Accelerate the construction progress of the second batch of 800000 kilowatt wind power projects during the "14th Five Year Plan", and carry out the competitive allocation of the third batch of wind power construction indicators. We will strive to approve the pumped storage project in Dangchang County and accelerate the promotion of Kangxian 35000 kW distributed photovoltaic power generation project. Actively strive to incorporate Longnan 750KV power transmission and transformation into the provincial power grid development plan, the 330 kV Masai secondary line strengthening project will be ready to start by the end of the year, and the 220 kV Zaoli line and other projects will be completed and put into operation. 4、 Job requirements
