In order to implement the new development concept, promote the recycling of waste, accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, expand the application scenarios of domestic biodiesel, explore and establish a replicable and promotable development path and policy system, and gradually form the demonstration effect and scale effect, our bureau organized the application and review of pilot projects for the promotion and application of biodiesel.
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Technology Demonstration and Reform Pilot Work of the National Energy Administration (GNZFG [2023] No. 61), and after organizing experts to review and recheck, in principle, we support Dezhou City, Shandong Province and other units to carry out the pilot work of biodiesel promotion and application, which is hereby announced (see the annex for details).
During the publicity period, any unit or individual may raise an objection to the publicity content. The objection materials shall be marked with the true name and contact information, and the unit or individual who raises the objection shall be responsible for the authenticity and reliability of the objection materials. Objections and related illegitimate requirements that are anonymous or have no specific factual basis will not be accepted.
