Traditional Chinese medicine is a very magical medicine." Rwanda, located in the middle east of Africa, is known as the "country of thousands of hills". Local people walk on mountain roads all the year round, and limb and joint injuries are common. With the passage of time, the efficacy of the TCM acupuncture treatment scheme gradually emerged, and more and more local people began to accept and trust this treatment method.
TCM diagnosis and treatment is simple, convenient, effective and cost friendly. After the smooth implementation of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, the Chinese doctors of the Chinese (Inner Mongolia) African aid medical team also want to make more Chinese medicine treatments better benefit the local people.
With the support of many parties, on December 19, 2023, the "Rwanda Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Center" was officially renamed as "China Rwanda Traditional Chinese Medicine Center". An Lingfei said: "Now, in Massaka Hospital where the TCM diagnosis and treatment center is located, there are many doctors who also have a strong interest in Chinese medicine. They want to follow us to learn Chinese medicine knowledge and technology, so we will spare no effort to carry out the training of Chinese medicine talents, so that Chinese medicine can take root in Africa, so that Chinese medicine culture can spread more widely and further."
