During the 2024 MWC in Shanghai, Zhao Dong, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Huawei's wireless network product line, announced the "Kaicheng Plan" for AI access at the 5G-A&AI round table. The plan aims to cooperate with global operators to comprehensively improve network productivity by building a wireless intelligent ecosystem of co creation, symbiosis and mutual growth. The first phase of the plan will enable 1000 site engineers to manage more than 10000 stations within half a year, covering five cities including Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Bangkok, Jinan and Shenzhen.

At the same time, wireless intelligence provides intelligent assistants supporting intelligent question and answer assistance to the role; Scenario oriented, intelligent agents supporting autonomous closed-loop are provided.

Remodeling operation and maintenance, enabling engineers to operate in a simple and efficient manner. Huawei launched the world's first intelligent assistant for site engineers. Based on massive professional knowledge and experience, Huawei independently generated problem solving strategies, significantly improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of engineers. For example, in the troubleshooting of optical path, the repair efficiency can be increased by 10 times.

Wireless agents realize autonomous closed-loop of daily network optimization through multi-dimensional high-precision real-time perception, experience and energy saving optimal strategy generation and distribution. Huawei and operators have launched the world's first wireless agent on duty pilot. Currently, 223 cells have been unattended and run smoothly for thousands of hours.

Real time evaluation of network resources based on wireless agents helps operators to realize zero wait opening and deterministic experience guarantee of new services, and significantly improves user experience. The pilot 5G-A super live broadcast package is currently being carried out to provide users with a certain uplink experience rate and accelerate the innovation of business models such as operator experience realization.
