Jiaoxi Ancient Town
At present, Jiaoxi Old Street is undergoing the reconstruction project of applying for the World Heritage. More than half of the area is under construction, and there are few existing old folk houses. The ancient buildings in Jiaoxi Old Street are old houses from the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China. Some of them were burned in the war years, and some of them were rebuilt and demolished after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Some of them were left unattended, and now there are few left. However, as a water town, there are many ancient town bridges. There were 9 stone bridges in Qiaojiaoxi Old Street, most of which were built in the middle and late Qing Dynasty. Sanyuan Bridge, Zhongshi Bridge, Xian'an Bridge and Qinglong Bridge are the only four remaining bridges. Baoshan Bridge was demolished in the late 1960s. This time, several more ancient towns will apply for the World Heritage

In the hottest days of this summer, I went to Pingqiao Shiba, which is located in Pingqiao Village, Tianmu Lake Town, Liyang. It is a stone dam built in the 1970s. Now it has become a cultural relic protection unit. The building quality of that era was very high, and it looks solid after more than 40 years. In this summer, the hot and dry weather caused a serious shortage of rain, and the water level in the reservoir behind the Shiba Dam could not exceed the discharge level. If it was a redundant season, you could see the spectacular artificial waterfall here. In fact, many of the surrounding mountain streams that should have flooded in this season have dried up and been exposed to the hot sun. There is a road around Pingqiao Shiba Reservoir

During the summer vacation, I took my children to Rizhao, Shandong Province to play in the sea for three days. Rizhao has a long coastline, and it is a linear city distributed along the coastline. Tourism resources are scattered among them. The infrastructure and public transportation are not very sound. It is better to travel with groups or drive by yourself when traveling to Rizhao. The first destination of this trip is free of charge. It is located in Lanshan District, the southernmost part of Rizhao, next to Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and is the southernmost coast of Rizhao. Parking fees are charged in the scenic spot. There is a free parking lot not far from the scenic spot. There are two items to play in the multi island seascape area: beach and sea driving. The left side is beach for swimming, and the right side is mud

Yesterday (the third day of the lunar new year), I climbed the highest peak in southern Jiangsu in Yixing: Huangta Top, 611.5 meters above sea level, is located in Lingxia Village, Zhangzhu Town, Yixing City. Huangta Top is one of the many mountains around Lingxia Village, and these mountains are part of Tianmu Mountain. The top of the Yellow Pagoda cannot be found on the map. Outsiders can navigate directly to Lingxia Village. Lingxia Village is a small village located in a mountain depression surrounded by mountains. The mountains behind the village are especially tall, one of which is the top of the Yellow Pagoda. Since the top of the Yellow Pagoda is not much higher than the mountains connected with it, the naked eye cannot directly distinguish which mountain is the top of the Yellow Pagoda. Enter Lingxia Village and follow the village

There is a good hiking route in Nanyue Temple in Yixing, which is not well known. I think it is more interesting than the hiking route in Tianmu Mountain, and it should be one of the best hiking routes known in Jiangsu. The advantages of this hiking route of Nanyue Temple are as follows: beautiful scenery, one of the few large bamboo forests in southern Jiangsu, and one of the peaks in southern Jiangsu (more than 500 meters); Wild interest, low degree of development, large vertical drop of mountain, several steep mountains, experience wild interest while still challenging; Free, this route is completely free, but please discipline yourself to do a good job in environmental protection and protect the natural environment throughout the journey

The exhibition hall of the Western Jin Dynasty relics shows the cultural relics of the Western Jin Dynasty unearthed from the tomb group of the Western Jin aristocrats in the Jianyao Temple in Xinhe Town, Pizhou City in 2015. The Western Jin Dynasty tomb of the Jianyao Temple is located in the Jianyao Temple, Chentan Village, Xinhe Town, Pizhou City. The inscription "seeking to show Bozhong, Boxiao and Bobo in Jianzhong, Xiapi County" was found on the tomb brick, which indicates that the cemetery has a great relationship with Xiapi State in the Western Jin Dynasty. It should be the aristocratic family cemetery of Xiapi State in the Western Jin Dynasty, and an important data for studying the history of Xiapi State in the Western Jin Dynasty. The amazing discovery of the Western Jin Tomb at the Jianyao Temple is one of the major discoveries in the archaeological history of the Wei and Jin Dynasties in China, and is the only Western Jin Tomb Group that has not been stolen in China at present. The decocting medicine temple cemetery is well preserved
