On December 20, the 2023 theoretical seminar and story sharing meeting on "Promoting the high-quality development of human rights in Xinjiang in the process of Chinese modernization" was held in Urumqi, with about 200 experts, scholars, media reporters and story sharing people participating.

Xinjiang's stability dividend continued to release, and the number of tourists to Xinjiang increased from 48.6 million in 2012 to 260 million this year, a record high.
The GDP of Xinjiang has doubled from 0.84 trillion yuan in 2013 to 1.77 trillion yuan in 2022; The per capita disposable income of residents will increase from 13700 yuan in 2013 to 27000 yuan in 2022, with an average annual growth of more than 8%. In the first three quarters of this year, Xinjiang achieved a regional GDP of 1.36 trillion yuan. The growth rate of many economic indicators led the country. More than 3 million rural poor people have been lifted out of poverty, and nine-year compulsory education has been fully covered. Four southern Xinjiang prefectures have implemented 15 years of free education from kindergarten to high school. The average life expectancy has increased from more than 30 years old at the beginning of the establishment of the autonomous region to 75.65 years old today, and the social rights of people of all ethnic groups have been unprecedented guaranteed.

After finishing her studies, she resolutely returned to her hometown and devoted herself to carrying out cervical cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment for rural women of all ethnic groups. She has completed more than 20000 malignant tumor operations and rescued more than 9000 critically ill patients. She said that Xinjiang's protection of women's rights and interests will never stop, and women of all ethnic groups' sense of gain, happiness and security will continue to increase.
Di Lixiati Parhati, head of the Xinjiang Muqam Art Troupe, witnessed the transformation of the Twelve Muqams from near extinction in the early days of liberation to a brilliant new era. In recent years, Xinjiang has set up a Muqam Art Troupe to train a large number of young talents who can sing Muqam and legislate specifically to protect Muqam...
