We will continue to promote the professional operation and maintenance of "plant network integration", build a performance assessment system and payment system for the operation and maintenance of pipe networks guided by the efficiency of pollutant collection, and pay for the linkage between sewage treatment plants and pipe networks on the basis of efficiency.
