On the morning of March 26, Zhou Hongliang went to Guanwei Technology Co., Ltd. for an investigation to further promote the positioning process of the project of Guanwei Digital Industrial Base. It is reported that the project has officially signed a project investment agreement with Jingyue High tech Zone on January 3, 2024. In the next step, both parties will make every effort to promote the deep integration of new generation information technology and spatial information resources such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and strive to achieve production and efficiency increase of the cooperation project as soon as possible.

In the afternoon of March 26, Zhou Hongliang went to Energy Chain Group and Beijing Liandong Investment Group successively. Discuss and promote the intelligent charging pile production line project in the Energy Chain Group, and reach preliminary cooperation intention around the new energy vehicle industry in the energy enabling zone and the construction of smart new energy platform; In Beijing Liandong Investment Group, Zhou Hongliang made a field visit to Beijing Liandong U-Valley Brand Experience Hall, and conducted in-depth exchanges on matters such as accelerating the signing of industrial projects integrating production, research and development and intelligent manufacturing that the project party plans to invest in and build in Jingyue.

During the period, Zhou Hongliang and his party also successively docked with Beijing famous enterprises such as Peking University, Zhonghongwang, Guodian High tech, China Baoxin Group, Dixintong Technology Group, etc., and carried out cooperation talks around the key industries of Jingyue High tech Zone such as low altitude economy, culture and education, business services, etc., reserving a number of key projects with high industrial relevance and great development potential for Jingyue Investment Promotion.
