After receiving the tip off clues, Suixi County Procuratorate visited and investigated the comprehensive market and supermarket under its jurisdiction, and found that many businesses used "fresh light" in the fresh area. In order to safeguard the social and public interests, Suixi County Procuratorate issued procuratorial suggestions to the administrative organs responsible for supervision in accordance with the law, urged them to perform their duties in accordance with the law, rectified the problem of using "fresh lamps" to sell edible agricultural products in their jurisdiction, eliminated potential food safety hazards, and maintained the safety of people's tongues. After receiving the inspection suggestions, the relevant administrative departments immediately organized law enforcement personnel to conduct a dragnet inspection of all farmers' markets and fresh meat stores within the jurisdiction, ordered all merchants using "fresh lamps" to stop using them, and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. After receiving the reply from the administrative organ, the procurators of Suixi County Procuratorate carried out a follow-up investigation according to the procedure, and found that the relevant areas had been rectified in place. The original "fresh lights" and "beauty lights" that confused consumers had all been replaced with ordinary light sources, restoring the "true color" of edible agricultural products.
