Former title: Zelensky urges the West again: provide more air defense systems and fighter planes

According to the report, Zelensky said in his daily video speech on the evening of the 20th that what Ukraine most urgently needs is more air defense systems and Western fighter planes.

Zelensky said: "Unfortunately, the free world lacks speed on these two issues." He added that Russia can destroy Ukrainian cities and defense positions because of its air superiority.

He also said that the Russians actively used destructive tactics on the front lines near Kharkov and in the Donetsk region.

In recent days, Zelensky has repeatedly asked for two more sets of "Patriot" air defense systems.

He said that this would provide better protection for Kharkov. Kharkov has been attacked by air for many times. This city in the northeast of Ukraine is one of the cities most seriously affected by the war.

The report also said that the fighter plane mentioned by Zerensky was promised to Ukraine by the West a year ago. However, according to official information, the F-16 fighter has not yet arrived in Ukraine.
