For real estate enterprises with a scale of hundreds of billions, core managers have picked up the monthly salary of 10000 yuan for "migrant workers".

According to the statistics of Leju Finance, the total compensation of 113 chairmen and CEOs of 73 A-share listed real estate enterprises will be 184.154 million yuan in 2023 and 208.5032 million yuan in 2022.

Of the 113 senior executives, 58 saw their salaries decline year on year. From the perspective of the increase and decrease of individual salary, Central South Construction Chairman Chen Jinshi Vanke Zhu Jiusheng, the president, and Yu Liang, the chairman of the board of directors, will see their salaries fall the most in 2023, with 9.92 million yuan, 4.64 million yuan, and 2.665 million yuan, respectively. In the next 12 months from the disclosure date of the 2023 annual report, they will voluntarily receive a monthly salary (including basic salary+performance salary+post salary+overtime salary) of 30000 yuan before tax.
