With the increasing number of new energy vehicles, where to apply for charging piles to alleviate "endurance anxiety" has become a topic of concern for the majority of car owners. China Southern Power Grid recently launched a new convenience service. If Zhuhai citizens want to handle the new electricity installation business of self use charging piles and public charging piles, they can directly apply for installation through the "Southern Power Grid Online" APP.

For online electricity service, these materials shall be prepared before handling:

Property ownership certificates, such as real estate ownership certificate, property ownership certificate, housing purchase contract, rental housing certificate, state-owned land use certificate, collective land use certificate and other documents. It should be noted that if there is a fixed parking space property right or a certificate of use right for more than one year (including one year) (the consent materials of the parking space property owner should be provided for the rental of parking spaces), and if it occupies the cable channel and other public space resources in residential areas, it also needs a certificate of consent to the installation of charging piles issued by the property management community (if there is no property management community, it should be issued by the industry committee or the neighborhood committee); Or installation in public places, such as the roadside, requires the planning and construction of relevant government departments and other certification materials and permit materials.

Identity certificates, such as resident identity card, household register, Taiwan compatriot card, Hong Kong and Macao pass, temporary identity card and other valid originals of identity certificates.

Payment card, if you need to open bank payment withholding, you need to prepare a bank card/passbook.

The identity certificate of the operator. If you entrust others to handle business, you also need to submit the identity certificate of the operator.

The specific application process (taking the charging pile for residents' own use as an example):

The first step is to apply for the charging pile to be installed by telegraph. Zhuhai citizens can click "Install by telegram" on the home page of the "Nanwang Online" APP, select "Power for charging piles", click "Start processing", select the type of charging piles, and then click "Next".

The second step is to fill in the loading information according to the online prompts and submit relevant materials. Enter the detailed page of charging pile power application, submit data according to the form content, and then complete the application for charging pile cable installation.

Step 3: query the installation progress. After the online electricity business of citizens is accepted, the staff of the power supply department will contact them by telephone; Citizens can also click "My", "My Work Orders" and "All" in the "Nanwang Online" APP to query the progress.

China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. reminds that the charging pile uses the peak and valley electricity price for power purchase by big industry agents (no basic electricity charge before the end of 2025); Usually, the price of electricity for charging is low from 00:00-8:00 (valley time) every day. After applying for and using the charging pile, it will be more economical and affordable to charge the vehicle during this period.
