At the end of August this year, I accompanied the interview team of Guangzhou Daily to Bomi County, Nyingchi, Tibet, to interview Guangdong's assistance to Tibet. The scorching sun in Guangzhou is unbearable. When you arrive in Nyingchi, Tibet, you should immediately put on your down jacket and hat. Tibetan aid cadres said that the cold was nothing, and dizziness, headache, insomnia, ventricular hypertrophy, kidney stones and other symptoms were the "standard configuration" of the antireflection system. From Linzhi City to Bomi, it is only more than 200 kilometers, and it takes five or six hours to walk. The road condition is extremely poor. We drove from the county seat for more than two hours to Yuxu Township for an interview. It happened to rain, and the local cadres told us that they should return to the city as soon as possible after the interview, lest the road ahead collapse. After the interview, I wrote what I saw, heard, thought and thought into the "Tibetan aid spirit, shining on the top of the plateau", and the comments were recognized by Tibetan aid cadres and readers.
Traveling thousands of miles is better than reading thousands of books. We should do a good job in the review of the Party newspaper, so that the review of the Party newspaper is more grounded, hot and inspirational. Among the activities with the theme of the centennial founding of the Communist Party of China in Guangzhou this year, the reopening of the memorial hall of the site of the Three National Congress of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the Three Hall) after expansion and upgrading should be the top priority.
The pace of the interview for the reopening of the three museums was very tense, so I had already visited the site a few days before the opening of the museum. On the opening day, all interviews were completed smoothly, quickly and accurately as planned. After that, it took 4 hours to complete 5 full pages of text. On the basis of ensuring that the dynamic part is comprehensive and accurate, among all the media in the city, we are the only one who has grasped the deeds of 18 martyrs among the "three major" representatives and combed out a group of extremely moving stories. The "discovery of the only photo of the original appearance of the three old sites", "different versions of the Internationale", as well as eye-catching details such as the audience's impression on the scene, were all made with full preparation and flexible on-site interviews. With the cooperation of the front and rear sides and all platforms, we have made quite brilliant results and received extensive praise.
This interview also proves how necessary it is for journalists to study deeply. If we did not keep close contact with the museum for a long time, if the journalists and media were not trusted by the interviewees in their usual performance, and if we were not able to ask more professional and purposeful questions because of our deep understanding of the relevant fields, many first-hand materials would not be available. I think we should thank the interviewees for every in-depth interview. As a job that requires interpersonal communication and information exchange, "news" cannot come out without the cooperation of the interviewee.

After graduating from the School of Journalism of Renmin University of China in 2013, I joined Guangzhou Daily as a photographer. I have worked for nearly 8 years in the blink of an eye.
When I just started working, I admired the freedom, free and easy courage of my fellow veteran photographers to go wherever they wanted. The senior photographers I know all seem to have some similar characteristics: they love adventure, love to explore the stories of all mankind, and will pay unimaginable persistence and wait for a worthwhile picture... In short, all the personalities that run counter to the rules can be found in them. What a fatal temptation it was for me at that time.
Society always needs to develop. Newspapers are in transition. Every newspaperman in the newspaper is constantly learning new technologies, striving to upgrade himself to the all-round role of new media man, and become an invincible iron king kong that will never be eliminated by the times.
Since the newspaper office changed the assessment mechanism, taking video clips has become a "standard configuration". The increase of video work makes my poor mobile phone operate overload every day, and it is always hot to the touch. Sometimes I have to use my mobile phone to cut three pieces of film in one day. My eyes are full of stars and my mouth is dry.
But the advantage is that I already like taking videos a little, and the clip itself is a game of arrangement and combination, so sometimes I can get inspiration and get some happiness.

I have been a sports journalist for 22 years since I started my career. The amazing experience of two Olympic interviews has become an indelible classic mark of my career.
In 2004, I went to Greece with the IC card of the football reporter for the Athens Olympic Games, which I had applied to FIFA. I didn't expect that something more fortunate was waiting for me. The first thing I did in the news center for the "newborn baby" who interviewed the Olympic Games for the first time was to strive for more "rights". The media director was surprised and surprised by my special request as an "uninvited guest". She was shocked for a few seconds and said, "The next Olympic Games will be held in Beijing, China." She wrote a note to me. I used this note to exchange my first Olympic interview pass in my journalism career and enter the Olympic Games for the first time.
In 2016, when the "Guangdong's first gold medal" of the Rio Olympic Games was difficult to produce for many days, I finally witnessed on the spot that Chen Aisen won the Olympic men's synchronized 10m platform diving champion. This is not only the first gold medal of this Olympic Games in Guangdong, but also the first gold medal of Guangzhou. After the press conference, the old reporter asked Sen Zi: "Can I touch the gold medal?" Unexpectedly, Sen Zi not only hung the Olympic gold medal around the reporter's neck, but also took the reporter's mobile phone to act as a recorder to interview the reporter. As a result, this photo and the statement "Guangzhou Daily reporter Chen Aisen interviewed the first gold medalist Zhou Wanqi of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province in the Rio Olympics" not only became a classic in my circle of friends, but also appeared on the front page of Guangzhou Daily on August 10, 2016.

The 130th Canton Fair, for most people, is a five-day fair held in Guangzhou in October this year. However, since the launch of the promotion meeting of the Canton Fair on September 7, I have opened my own "Canton Fair Month".
Therefore, during the 43 day reporting process, the Canton Fair pavilion became my high-frequency "clocking point". I went to the press center to follow up the press conferences and promotion conferences, went to the exhibition site to visit and experience, visited the archives of the Canton Fair to find information, interviewed the staff in the "surprise" office, and cooperated with the corresponding nucleic acid detection... My footprints were all over the exhibition hall long before the exhibition opened.
With the opening of the Canton Fair, it has become a daily routine to travel all over the exhibition halls to interview, travel to various forums and activity sites, and return to the media workshop to write. When the exhibitors and purchasers continue to finish their work and leave, the Canton Fair exhibition hall will become the "home" of the media - sorting out interviews, writing, and discussing the revision. Five days of the exhibition passed in a flash. Looking back on the 43 day reporting process and reviewing hundreds of manuscripts during the exhibition, I gradually grew from a "little white" reporter to a reporter who has a comprehensive understanding of the Canton Fair.
"Why do you spell it like this?" After a press conference, the relevant person in charge of the Canton Fair sighed with emotion when we insisted on staying and waiting for interviews. At that moment, such a "question" instantly melted my tiredness - "it is our duty to transmit information, communicate with the society, and be the lookout of the society".

When everyone can't avoid it, the profession of reporter instinctively drives us to rush to the scene at the first time, which can be said to be a rebel.
I still remember the day before the closure was lifted, Li Xiaoping, the director of the temporary neighborhood committee of Tianhebei Community, led me to the temporary neighborhood committee. It was said to be a temporary neighborhood committee, but it was clearly a small room that was temporarily cleaned out. The staff temporarily transferred from nearby crowded in this small room. In May 2020, Guangzhou Daily will establish a pension channel - Friends of Huacheng. I was invited to join the channel's editing team. Elderly care? This name was too strange to me at that time.
When I began to call one nursing home after another according to the address book, when I was slightly embarrassed to say hello to the directors of nursing homes, I never thought that two years later, I would be able to become a little famous in the elderly care industry, become friends with warm and kind elderly people, and even be able to give lectures to the senior directors of nursing homes with the intention of running the line.
In the past two years, I have visited countless elderly care institutions, interviewed countless elderly people, and witnessed the late life of many retired citizens. The most frequently heard words in my work are: "Thank you for paying attention to our elderly" and "Thank you for expressing the aspirations of our elderly". It is this understanding and gratitude that makes me feel the temperature of this industry, fall in love with this job, and make every report of me have stories, details, and temperature.
I still remember that the first pension news I wrote was an interview with a 100 year old grandfather. My grandpa's wisdom, openness and kindness deeply infected me. After reading the report I wrote with my heart, my grandpa was too happy to shut his mouth. After a long time, one day I suddenly learned that Grandpa wanted me to attend his birthday party. When I saw the old man again, he blurted out: "I know you, you are the reporter Yang who interviewed me!"
This is a warm career. I hope to warm more people with my pen.

At 5:00 a.m. on September 25, 2020, I set out from Beijing and went to Luotuowan Village, Longquanguan Town, Fuping County, Hebei Province for a series of interviews on "family photos". On December 30, 2012, General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Luotuowan Village, visited the homes of Tang Rongbin and Gu Baoqing, the destitute families, and issued a general mobilization order for poverty alleviation to the whole party at the subsequent symposium.
It took nearly five hours to arrive at the destination by car from Beijing. Gu Baoqing's home has become a tourist attraction, affectionately known as "No. 1 Courtyard of Camel Bay". I first came here to visit, shoot and interview many villagers and tourists. After finding Gu Baoqing, she sat on the kang where General Secretary Xi Jinping once sat, recalled the scene when General Secretary Xi Jinping came eight years ago, and recounted how she and the villagers had become rich over the years. Through interviews with Gu Baoqing and villagers, we can learn individual cases of villagers getting rid of poverty and becoming rich in detail, but I think the overall situation of the village and detailed data support are still lacking.
Then I found the deputy mayor of Longquanguan Town, who was once the secretary of Luotuowan Village and the cadre of Baocun Village, and knew very well about the situation of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich in the village. He took me to the old dilapidated house in Camel Bay Village, where he told me the story of poverty alleviation.
By participating in the family photo series, I have gained a deeper understanding: as a journalist who has worked for 15 years, I should not stick to the established interview goals and interview routines in the interview. I was most impressed by my work experience when I participated in the report of "The Family's Photo Special" on poverty alleviation. At the end of 2020, after receiving the task of collecting and writing stories about Xiaogang Village's poverty alleviation, I immediately devoted myself to the preliminary work of consulting materials, contacting interview objects, preparing interview contents, etc. Since this report is to be presented in full media, such as text, pictures and videos, I specially borrowed shooting equipment from professionals to consolidate my shooting skills.
Yesterday's days are over, but a better future is waiting for us to create together, and more authentic, exciting and warm news is waiting for reporters to record. In the days without WeChat, I will always try my best to run news, write news and tell Chinese stories.

That morning, when I learned that the Bio Island Laboratory had made a breakthrough in the research and development of anti epidemic drugs and kits, I immediately rushed to the laboratory. Half an hour later, when the person arrived at the gate, the interview application was repeatedly declined. For journalists, rejection is a common occurrence, but on that day we must make a breakthrough anyway - by seizing the short break time after the experts' lunch, we exclusively interviewed the director of the laboratory, Xu Tao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other authoritative scholars.
Scientific reporting focuses on preciseness and accuracy, which requires writers to have both scientific literacy and literacy. As a layman in virology, I immediately supplemented relevant knowledge, and communicated with the interviewed experts many times to ensure that the wording of the manuscript is accurate and not obscure. At that time, there were many reports on drug vaccine research and development. Later, some reports were falsified, even disturbing the market order and causing adverse effects. The manuscript collected by "Breaking Through the Gate" stood the test of time and corresponded with the later scientific research achievements one by one, becoming a forward-looking scientific report.

On June 29 this year, when a Brandt whale was found in Dapeng Bay, Shenzhen, as a photographer, I felt that this was a news event that I had to go to the front line. What does this event represent? Reflects the local first-class ecological environment? The result of the benign interaction between people and the ocean? These can be discussed slowly, but as a photographer, there is only one mission - take it!
As an emergency, Dapeng has conscientiously controlled the nearby waters. How to get close to it is definitely a problem. So, with years of personal contacts and contacts, from customs, fishery, civil affairs, border defense, public security, and armed police, I finally boarded the boat to shoot the Bucharest whale on July 7, and broadcast live on various news platforms of this newspaper. It's a pity that heaven doesn't meet people's wishes. We have been drifting on the sea, but we haven't found any trace of Bryan whale. By this time, we had been waiting at sea for nearly twenty hours.
As a photojournalist, I am used to that not every effort is rewarded, but a lot of time and energy must be accumulated behind every photo. I love this job and hope to do it all my life.

The 130th Canton Fair is an exhibition with historic milestone significance. I am very lucky to participate in the planning and special interview. That half month's work was really an experience that tested my feet, eyes, brains and writing skills.
It was a nationwide news "war". The "war" not only took place in the venue of the Canton Fair, but also took place outside the venue. The importance of the latter was even greater than that of the former. In the face of such a big event of global concern as the Canton Fair, how should Guangzhou Daily reflect both the international perspective and the value of "host"? Perhaps the most important thing is to have your own opinion output. On August 16 this year, the department director said that after the newspaper topic meeting, she and I would step on it together. It was a report on "the history of the party in stamps". We came to the "New Era Posthouse" located at the Fortune Wharf of Guangzhou Tower, where the "Haizhu District Celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the Great Journey" large-scale postal exhibition is being held. The exhibition hall is small, but it contains more than 500 red rare stamps related to major historical events of the party and the country.
Although I don't have the habit of collecting stamps, I know that stamps are called "national cards", which condense the real moments of the country's political, economic and social development, carry the country's history and culture, show the country's development achievements, and are loyal recorders, inheritors and guardians of history. I feel that this task is both arduous and glorious if I have the opportunity to participate in the series of reports on "Party History in Stamps", which are mainly planned by the newspaper office. As a journalist for 15 years, I know that the quality of the manuscripts can not deceive people, and such an important series of reports on the history of the party cannot be sloppy. The publishing background of the stamps and relevant historical facts involved in the manuscripts must be strictly checked by party history experts to ensure that they have provenance, no disputes, and can stand scrutiny.
Every report needs to pay real sweat, and every time I "travel" through the history of the year under the leadership of the interviewee, I feel extremely happy. In my career as a journalist, I felt deeply "baptized" when I was able to meet such a grand event as the centennial founding of the Party and report on the history of the Party for many times. I hope to encourage myself with the words of revolutionary predecessors: remember the mission of the Party's journalists and forge ahead.

In May this year, there was a local epidemic in Guangzhou, and my community was temporarily closed. In the face of the outbreak of the epidemic, as a party member and party newspaper employee, I signed up for the community volunteer group and put forward some good suggestions for the prevention and control management of the community, which were adopted by the neighborhood committee.
While being a volunteer, I never forget my job. From the beginning of closed management, I immediately reported the situation to the department and the group, applied to work at home, and actively asked whether to do front-line reporting, which was soon approved by the department and group leaders. I reported the community epidemic prevention measures and touching details of the neighborhood.
In order to do a good job in all aspects of the city's first front-line report on closed management communities, I not only wrote, took photos, and took videos, but also cut videos myself. Eighteen martial arts skills were launched, and my daily work and volunteer service exceeded 14 hours, But the solidarity and friendship of the neighbors and the hard work of the community cadres are moving me: the primary school teachers themselves do small video teaching building for the elderly to scan the code; The owner of the glasses shop donated goggles on his own initiative; The neighborhood committee helps people buy vegetables, organizes parents to sign up for children who enter school... They are all part of my report. My reports have been posted on the People's Daily People's Account, Learning Power Guangzhou Channel and other platforms for many times, so that the positive energy of solidarity and friendship in Guangzhou neighborhoods and positive response from the community can infect everyone and inspire morale.
The 14 day closed management ended quickly and smoothly, and I subsequently participated in many volunteer activities to continue to play my light and heat as a party member and a journalist.

Benefiting from the job rotation exchange mechanism of the newspaper office, I came to the all media editing center to participate in the "brainstorming" of creative product research and development; Go into the vision department, learn the skills of video editing and live broadcast, and improve the comprehensive business ability, especially the ability to use new media for reporting.
