Zhuhai original national symphonic suite "Bougainvillea and Golden Lotus" will premiere in the National Grand Theater

On the evening of October 29, the large-scale national symphonic suite "Bougainvillea and Golden Lotus" originally created by the Zhuhai National Orchestra will premiere in the National Grand Theater, which was carefully planned and created by the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee. This concert is a masterpiece dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland and the establishment of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. It is also the first stage art work of Zhuhai to enter the national art palace.

The "Acanthus azalea and Golden Lotus" vividly shows the unique geographical features of Zhuhai and Macao, which are separated by a strip of water. It comprehensively explains the vivid story of the people of Zhuhai and Macao who share the same root and origin in culture and come down in one continuous line. Under the guidance of the policy of "one country, two systems", and in the process of comprehensively promoting the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, they are interdependent and integrated.

Tonight, the famous conductor Liu Sha will be invited to perform in the concert, and the Zhuhai National Orchestra will make an appearance together with Macao singers and young singers in Beijing. In addition, the Central Conservatory of Music Choir and Philharmonic Male Choir will also participate as the chorus lineup of the performance.

On the afternoon of October 28, the reporter saw in the rehearsal hall of Beijing Opera and Dance Theater that the actors were in a tense and orderly row. Wang Nianzu, a bamboo flute performer of Zhuhai National Orchestra, told reporters, "Everyone has worked hard for this performance, rehearsing for up to 12 hours a day. Everyone is very excited to be on the stage of the National Grand Theater, and hopes to bring an unforgettable performance to the capital audience."
