If SDM finds or has reasonable reasons to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, SDM has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to cancel the account without assuming legal liability to the user who registered the account.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear all legal responsibilities for the activities you engage in in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to data modification, published comments and other operations on the "3DM Game Network". You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password and not disclose them to others under any circumstances. If you find that others use your account without permission or have any other security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify Sanding Dream.

You should provide the personal password protection information that can increase the security of your account, and you can fill in the appeal form with the initial registration information and personal password protection information to apply for retrieving your account. Sanding Dream Company specially reminds you to keep your account number and password properly. When you finish using it, you should exit safely. Due to your improper storage, you may suffer from the theft of your account number or loss of your password, and you shall bear the responsibility.
3.6 When you register, use and manage your account, you should ensure the authenticity of the identity information filled in when you register your account. Please use authentic, accurate, legal and valid relevant identity certification materials and necessary information (including your e-mail address, contact number, etc.) when you register and manage your account. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, You need to fill in the true identity information. Please complete the real name authentication according to the relevant laws and regulations, so that Sanding Dream Company can contact you or provide you with better services when necessary, and pay attention to updating the above related information in a timely manner. 3.10 If the account is stolen or lost due to malicious attacks by others, your own reasons or other irresistible factors, you shall bear the responsibility, and Sanding Dream Company shall not bear any responsibility.
3.11 If Sanding Dream Company restricts your use of all or part of the account functions in accordance with this agreement and relevant rules, it may cause you some losses. You understand that the losses are borne by you, and Sanding Dream Company will not be liable.
3.12 You understand that in order to make full use of account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time after registration or use an idle account for more than two consecutive months, Sanding Dream has the right to withdraw your account at any time.
4. User personal information protection
4.1 Sanding Dream is committed to the protection of users' personal information (that is, information that can identify users independently or in combination with other information) together with users. Protecting users' personal information is one of the basic principles of Sanding Dream. Without the user's consent, Sanding Dream Company will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Sanding Dream Company, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations and this Agreement.
4.2 Sanding Dream will use the security technology and other security measures that match the "3DM Game Network" forum and related services, and establish a sound management system to protect your personal information.

4.6 Please note that you should not disclose your important information such as various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords in the use of the "3DM Game Network" forum and related services, or you should bear any losses arising therefrom. 5. User behavior specification

In any case, if SDM has reason to believe that any of your acts violates or may violate the above agreement, SDM can independently judge and deal with it, and at any time has the right to terminate the provision of services to users with any prior notice and investigate relevant responsibilities.
5.2 Information content specification

(11) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
(12) Spreading dirty words and damaging the public order and good customs of society;
(13) Infringe other people's right of privacy, reputation, portrait, intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests;

(15) Comments in languages other than those commonly used on this website;

7.2 In case of any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party due to the user's violation of this Agreement or the relevant service terms and rules, the user shall bear the legal liability and shall compensate the third party for all the losses incurred thereby. In case of any loss caused to Sanding Dream Company, the user shall bear the liability for compensation. The losses of Sanding Dream Company under this Agreement include but are not limited to all compensation costs such as liquidated damages, legal fees, arbitration fees, notarization fees, investigation and evidence collection fees that Sanding Dream Company needs to bear externally due to user reasons, as well as all rights protection costs such as legal fees, arbitration fees, notarization fees, investigation and evidence collection fees that Sanding Dream Company needs to pay to safeguard its own rights and interests.
7.3 Sanding Dream Company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of legal persons and citizens. 9. Advertising

11. Privacy Policy
11.1 Scope and method of possible information collection
11.1.1 When providing services, Sanding Dream Company may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as a user of 3DM game network or enjoy some services provided by Sanding Dream, or achieve the intended effect of relevant services.
