Acceptable Use Policy

This document specifies the principles and requirements for customers to use Juhost, which is referred to as AUP.

Our company reserves the right to implement and modify relevant rules to standardize the use of our services by customers.

Any violation of the AUP may result in the termination of the service without compensation.

Contents of clearly prohibited business/communication

1-1 Adult pornography and child pornography. It is prohibited to use our business to store, display, transmit and advertise any form of adult pornography and child pornography.
1-2 Hacker attacks, attacks using security vulnerabilities, scans other servers, and spreads viruses, malware and code.
1-3 Unauthorized access to any server and system.
1-4 Any fraud related or privacy infringement related.
1-5 Infringement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, hosting and distribution of pirated software.
1-6 Anonymous network agent, open (multi person connection/sharing) network agent/transfer/hidden network service (not limited to charge or free).
1-7 Email host (sending/receiving), blocking Port 25/465/587.
1-8 Unfair political description of Hong Kong, Mainland China and the country where the server is located.

Review, Suspension and Security Maintenance

2-1 Our company reserves the right to enter the system to review, suspend, terminate or delete the content to investigate possible violations of AUP.
2-2 Our company will not refund the AUP related services.
2-3 You should be responsible for the use of the service (including preventing hackers from intruding or preventing unauthorized people from connecting).
2-4 You should regularly back up data and check the operating system security.

Report AUP behavior

3-1 If you have received violations or found violations, please report to the complaint email: [email protected] We will deal with it at the first time.
