Xulian ez-10 wire torsion testing machine is applicable to measuring the ability of metal wire with diameter or feature size of 0.1-10.0mm to withstand plastic deformation in one-way or two-way torsion and displaying the defects on the surface and inside of the wire.
The wire torsion equipment is applicable to GB/t 239-1999 Test Method for Torsion of Metal Wires, as well as the standard iso 7800:1984 Test Method for Single Direction Torsion of Metal Wires and iso 9649:1990 Test Method for Double Direction Torsion of Metal Wires.
This kind of testing machine is mainly applicable to the mechanical laboratories of relevant scientific research departments, various colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises to measure the torsional properties of materials; It is very suitable for online inspection of wire rod production units and incoming inspection of wire rod users; It is widely used in high-speed lines of steel plants, prestressed steel wire plants, scientific research institutes, highway transportation, wires and cables and other departments.
