Deer tail is thick and short in shape, slightly cylindrical, blunt at the tip, slightly wide at the base, with irregular cutting section. Those with hair are about 15cm long, with brown hair on the outside and some white hair; Those without hair are shorter, with purple red to purple black outside, smooth and shiny, often with a few wrinkles. It is hard and slightly fishy. Origin: Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Qinghai Harvesting and processing: Deer tail is cut from the tail vertebra. Hang it in shade; Or soak the deer tail with hair in the water, remove the meat residue, grease, fuzz and curled skin, rub it with sea pumice, and hang it in the ventilated place to dry in the shade
usage method:
1. Adjustment: first loosen the nut fastening the copper column, then turn the nut to adjust the thickness direction on the copper column. After the thickness is adjusted properly, tighten the nut and the copper column. If the cutter head is parallel to the blade, do not start the machine. Only when the cutter head is lower than the blade can the machine be started for cutting. The adjustment thickness is about 3mm in a large range, and stepless adjustment occurs when the thickness is thin.
2. Replace the blade: insert the hexagonal handle into the side hole of the machine. Rotate to adjust the direction of the disc and then change the knife. When changing the knife, loosen the two hexagonal screws of the blade and insert the blade for replacement.
matters needing attention:
1. The knife basin is often oiled to avoid scaling. If there are tail and fine fragments of pills, it is improper or the blade is not sharp. Replace or sharpen the knife. It is too thin for cutting.
2. Slice sticky substances such as sweet cloud, raw ground, ginseng, gastrodia elata, and cut with water on the surface.
