1. In the metaphase, patients with gallbladder cancer may have pain in the upper middle abdomen or right upper abdomen, dyspepsia, anorexia, jaundice and other symptoms.

2. The clinical abdominal pain of patients is similar to calculous cholecystitis, because most patients are accompanied by gallstones. In the later stage, it becomes persistent dull pain.

3、 Late symptoms of gallbladder cancer

1. In the late stage of gallbladder cancer, the degree of deterioration gradually increases, so patients may have complications such as gallbladder infection, empyema, perforation, liver abscess, pancreatitis, portal vein thrombosis, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal tract, and fistula with nearby gastrointestinal tract.

2. In addition to complications, advanced gallbladder cancer is also prone to metastasis and diffusion symptoms. The common metastasis and diffusion is liver metastasis.
