Product introduction:
PRK-B1 flame retardant developed by Shaanxi Purico is a new type of additive flame retardant for plywood, PRK-B1 flame retardant is directly added to the glue for use, so the soaking process of foam board and drying board is exempted, so that the production of flame retardant plywood is no longer affected by equipment, site and weather. At the same time, it can greatly improve production efficiency, save labor, site and equipment input, and avoid veneer damage caused by soaking and drying.
Flame retardant plywood can not only investigate the flame retardant effect, but also the bonding fastness, formaldehyde release, whether flame retardant will be released and other indicators. Flame retardant is a foreign additive for glue, and a large amount of addition will inevitably affect the adhesive strength of glue. In order to solve this problem, Our company innovatively introduced activated nanoparticles into PRK-B1 flame retardant. The experiment proved that the nano particles treated by activation can greatly improve the bonding fastness of plywood, which is enough to make up for the influence of foreign additives on the bonding fastness of glue, and even found that the bonding fastness of glue with flame retardant has been improved. In addition, we found that this active nano particle has a porous structure and some specific surface area, so it has the effect of adsorbing formaldehyde, and has played a positive role in reducing the formaldehyde release of flame retardant plywood products.
PRK-B1 type flame retardant is in powder form, which is extremely convenient to use. In the process of producing ordinary plywood, flame retardant is added into glue in proportion, stirred evenly, then flour and curing agent are added, and then gluing, cold pressing and hot pressing processes are carried out according to the normal process to produce flame retardant plywood with a flame retardant level of B1.

usage method:
Add PRK-B1 type flame retardant directly to urea formaldehyde glue or melamine glue, mix evenly, then add flour and curing agent, and then prepare B1 level flame retardant plywood through gluing, cold pressing and hot pressing according to the normal production process.
Recommended formula:
Glue 100 parts
PRK-B1 flame retardant 15-25 parts
Flour 10 - 20 parts
Appropriate amount of curing agent
