High risk HPV virus detection is used to screen cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. The detection result higher than the normal range may mean that there is high-risk HPV infection, and further cervical cytology or colposcopy is required to assess the extent of cervical lesions.
High risk HPV virus detection is used to screen cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Its normal range varies with different detection methods, but it is usually lower than a certain threshold. For example, PCR detection is lower than 5.0 copies/ml. Higher than normal range may mean high-risk HPV infection, which may lead to cervical precancerous lesions or cervical cancer. This may be due to the decline of immunity of the body and the inability to effectively eliminate high-risk HPV virus, which leads to persistent infection of the virus. For high-risk HPV infection, antiviral treatment with interferon α can be carried out according to the doctor's advice. In addition, it is recommended that cervical cancer screening be carried out regularly to detect and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner.
Patients should avoid excessive mental stress and maintain good living habits, such as a balanced diet and regular exercise, which will help strengthen immunity and help the body eliminate high-risk HPV virus.
