The second time I contacted the customer, he might have gone to work. After waiting for a while, he told me that the account had arrived. I checked that it had arrived, so I ignored the customer service.

For an order, it takes a total of 4 days from placing the order to final confirmation to the site, which is still self operated and delivered by JD. Once an exception occurs, the processing mechanism is very disgusting, and does not think about the customer at all. It is not the first time to make up the order, but to wait for the original package to return, which is extremely long.

I tried once before to assign the wrong delivery station, but fortunately, after contacting, we can finally solve the problem through the escort between the stations. Although the delay, it was only delayed from the afternoon to the evening, which is understandable.
