Operation method
At the prompt of ICBC mobile banking initial login, please enter the initial login password. If you are an ICBC passport user who needs to verify your identity information for the first login, the initial login password should be the initial password of mobile banking self registered when you log in to mobile banking for the first time.
On the page of setting login password, click Next. When we forget the initial login password, we can click Forgot Password to reset the new password. When you forget the initial password set during self-service registration of mobile banking, if you cannot log in to mobile banking, you can only choose to encounter problems, Forgot the password option to solve the problem of unable to log in to ICBC mobile banking.
After setting the new password, click OK to enter the next step, and the page will prompt that the password is successfully set. You can use the mobile phone number to log in to our online application. Note that after the password is forgotten and the password is successfully reset, the message will prompt that the currently logged in mobile phone number can log in to our online application.
After clicking the return button with successfully set password, the prompt page of device binding appears. After this authentication is passed, you can normally use the prompt of our application. After successfully binding the login device, you will be prompted whether to log in to this device next time and exempt from security authentication. You can select Yes, and the green box displays Yes.
On the page where the device is successfully bound, click the Continue button to open a login window page where you can successfully log in to ICBC mobile banking. The page contains a list of functions of various ICBC online services.

The reset password is an alphanumeric combination of eight to 30 digits.
