Operation method
Put a proper amount of flour into the bowl, then add boiling water, and quickly stir with chopsticks. Tips: Pour water bit by bit, pour it on the side, and stir it with chopsticks to form a floc. When it is not hot, knead it into a smooth dough and wake up for about ten minutes.
After waking up, divide the dough into equal sized ones, knead them well, and roll them into thin skins.
Add a proper amount of salt and five spice powder, rub them with hands, and then brush a layer of cooked oil with a brush, as shown in the figure.
Roll it up from one end, twist it several times like twisting twist, and press it down from one end.
After flattening by hand, add some black sesame seeds on it, and then roll it out with a rolling pin to form a circle.
Put a proper amount of oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, put the prepared pancake into the pan and fry it slowly over low heat until both sides are golden.
