During the more than one year of self publishing the experience of how to make AC welding machines, many friends learned some knowledge from their experience. Because I just made it myself and released it, I didn't write it very well. So many friends asked some questions. According to the content of experience and these questions, about 20 people succeeded in making their own. They also gave me some suggestions. Thank you for your kindness. Today, I take these questions and key points in the form of experience as a supplement to the experience in the first part.
Operation method
Silicon steel sheet in experience. The specification is 6 cm wide, the length is 25 cm, and the thickness is 0.35 cm. What I want to say here is that you can be flexible when selecting, because it is selected, and the specification can be larger. In this way, the self-made power will be higher, so it is unnecessary to cut large silicon steel sheets into small pieces.
About the production of iron core. Since the electric welding machine needs large magnetic leakage, it is necessary to thicken the silicon steel sheet to form a magnetic circuit. In experience, six pieces are overlapped. In order to facilitate winding, two independent iron cores can be made first. Wrap highland barley paper on the outside, bind it with wire, soak it with insulating paint, and then dry it. Pay attention not to soak the two ends of the iron core. Because the magnetic circuit is also inserted to connect the silicon steel sheet.
About the insertion of magnetic circuit silicon steel sheet. In order to facilitate winding, the magnetic circuit below the two iron cores can be connected. Keep the upper one for easy winding. See clearly the position of silicon steel sheet with good magnetic circuit at both ends of the iron core. One end of a group of silicon steel sheets is inserted into the iron core, and the other end is against the edge of the other iron core, which is staggered.
About the primary coil. According to experience, the length of the primary line is between 80 and 100 meters. The diameter of copper wire shall be at least 1.6 mm and that of aluminum wire shall be 2 mm. According to the size of the silicon steel sheet window, it can be two 100m windings. It can also be two coils with a thick wire diameter of 100 meters. Pay attention to the placement direction of a wire wound coil, which is a figure 8. When two separate coils are placed, if the fuse is burned after being powered on, the wiring position of one of the coils should be changed. That is, when two coils are in parallel, they should be exchanged in this way. It can be connected in series at will. It should be noted here that copper wire or aluminum wire wrapped with sand should be used for primary level.
The problem of secondary line. The material can be glass fiber wrapped copper wire or aluminum wire. In order to use local materials, you can also use family thick lines instead, which is more flexible. The appropriate tap also selects voltage.

2. The primary 100m winding is basically safe, and the voltage of each turn is low.
