Method of making sesame paste cold noodles
Steps/Methods
Wash the coriander and cut it into pieces. Stir in a white sesame pot until cooked and fragrant.
Mix sesame paste+peanut butter+sugar+soy sauce evenly.
Add a proper amount of water, and use chopsticks to ferment the sesame paste in one direction while adding it. The consistency can be freely controlled according to your preference.
Add salt, cooked white sesame and pickled pepper, and mix well. Add sesame oil and pepper oil.
Add chopped coriander and mix. The versatile sesame sauce is ready.
Put the fresh noodles in the pot and cook them.
Pour boiled water into a bowl and add some ice cubes.
Put the cooked noodles into the ice water to cool, pour the special sesame paste, add the shredded cucumber, and then add the crushed spicy peanuts. Mix well and eat immediately.

Tips:
1. You can make more sesame sauce seasoning at one time. If you can't eat it, you can pour some sesame oil to moisten it, so as to avoid dry hair next time.
2. When baking sesame paste, adjust it according to your preference for thinness and consistency.
3. Those who don't like to eat coriander can leave it out.
4. Some people like to use sesame oil to ferment sesame paste. I think the water is not greasy.
