How to connect the network cable to the crystal head

The crystal heads are divided into RJ-45, RJ11, RJ12, etc., and the connection methods are also different. We usually use the T568B standard direct connection method. Brown The wiring sequence of both ends is the same, and the specific manufacturing process is as follows.

Operation method

Take a net and peel off the rubber on the outside first.

After peeling, you can see that the net wire is composed of four groups of wires.

The four groups of wires are twisted together in four groups: white orange, white green, white blue and white brown.

Separate the lines and arrange them in the order of "1. White orange 2. Orange 3. White green 4. Blue 5. White blue 6. Green 7. White brown 8. Brown". The metal contact pin of the crystal head is upward, and the arranged network cable is inserted into the crystal head.

Carefully put the crystal head inserted with the wire into the crimping pliers. Press firmly to the bottom at one time.

Take it out and check whether the crystal head is connected properly.
