Operation method
The external network can be accessed, but the internal network cannot. First, check whether other computers or mobile phones in the LAN can be accessed. If none can be accessed, first try changing the network cable between the router and the optical cat.
If you change the network cable, it's just that the router has a problem. You can restore the router to the factory settings and reset it. The method is to hold the reset button or the small hole on the router when the power is on. After about 20 seconds, wait for all the LED lights to flash again and then let go. Wait a moment before opening the browser to reset.
If only your computer cannot access the Internet, first check whether there is a red cross at the local connection in the lower right corner of the desktop. If there is a problem with the network cable between the computer and the router, replace it or plug it into a LAN port on the router.
If the local connection is normal, it is caused by your system's network card settings or DNS errors. You can first use security software such as 360 Security Guard to repair it: open the "manual service" in 360 Security Guard to repair all options related to network exceptions.
