How to apply for business license for individual businesses

Operation method

Individual investors or individual vendors who need a name shall first register their name in advance. After consultation, get and fill in the Application for Name (Change) Pre approval, and prepare relevant materials at the same time; Chinese citizens among permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao who set up self-employed businesses shall submit their identity certificates and identity verification documents.

Submit the Name (Change) Pre approval Application and wait for the name approval result. Receive the Notice of Pre approval of Enterprise Name and the Application for Registration of Individual Business; The business scope involves pre licensing.

Go through the relevant approval procedures: submit the application materials, which are complete and conform to the legal form, and wait to receive the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration; After receiving the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration, pay fees to the Administration for Industry and Commerce and obtain the business license according to the date determined in the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration.

In accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and rules such as the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of the Registration of Urban and Rural Individual Businesses, the registration of individual businesses of all kinds shall be completed. If the formalities are complete, the certificates are complete, and the legal conditions are met, the registration shall be completed within the following period from the date of acceptance: (1) name registration in advance, 3 working days; (2) 15 working days for individual businesses to open, change or cancel their registration.
