Operation method
The Marriage Law stipulates that only men who have reached the age of 22 and women who have reached the age of 20 can obtain marriage certificates, and they must be willing to do so and must be present in person.
To apply for a marriage certificate, you need to go to the civil affairs bureau where your household registration is located. When you go, you need to bring two people's household registration books and ID cards. The original ID card is required.
In addition, a marriage certificate issued by the village committee or neighborhood committee is required to prove that the two are not related by blood. If one of the parties has a marriage history, a divorce certificate or a court judgment is required.
Finally, you need to take three two inch half length color group photos. If you take them in a short time, of course, they are usually taken in the Civil Affairs Bureau. If you don't think they are good, you can also take them in the photo studio.
