If two people borrow money together, the spouse also needs to show the income certificate, the copy of the business license of the unit with the official seal and the payroll statement. Single: single certificate (available from the unit, street or local police station where the residence is located), account book, income certificate, bank statement and ID card.
Housing purchase by provident fund. The following certificates are required: the receipt of the down payment within one year (with the original and a copy in A4 paper); One copy of Commercial Housing Sales Contract registered and filed by the property rights department within one year; The applicant withdraws the application form; The applicant's ID card (with the original and a copy on A4 paper); Fill in the unit name and employee name in the Application for Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund. The withdrawal amount is not filled in first, and each page needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit.
