Operation method
Peel the green radish, shred it and put it in a bowl. Add some salt to marinate it for about an hour. Drain the water in an hour and set it aside.
Put the radish stick on a flat surface or in a ventilated place on the balcony, as long as it can be dried. But don't do it too hard, just feel like it's gone.
Slice garlic and ginger, prepare proper amount of vinegar, sugar and salt, add them into the pot together, turn the high heat to low heat and boil for about 3 minutes. Then put it aside to cool.
Finally, prepare a glass container, boil boiling water for disinfection and cool it. Add the prepared radish strips and the boiled vinegar, and make sure the vinegar is over the radish strips. Keep it sealed for a week, and the delicious food will come out!
