Operation method
Generally, the electric blanket is mainly composed of heating elements, base core, fabric, power cord, junction box (the connection part between heating elements and power cord), control switch (or thermostat), etc. Its main structure is to attach the heating element to the base cloth, then connect the power cord, and then sew the sewn heating element and the base cloth with a mask to wrap the electric blanket. When shopping, pay attention to the following aspects:
(1) The product must be qualified by the relevant department or unit to ensure the product quality, so pay attention to whether the product has a production license number.
(2) There should be a clear and definite sign, which should reflect the specification, manufacturer and necessary tips of the electric blanket.
(3) The heating area varies with the area of the electric blanket. Usually divided into single, double or three electric blankets. If possible, choose the electric blanket with larger area as far as possible.
(4) Try to choose fabrics with good quality.
(5) The power should not exceed 60W for one person and 120W for two persons.
(6) Power on inspection. Put it at the high temperature position, and touch the middle of the electric blanket with your hand for about 3-5 minutes. There should be a temperature rise to prove that the position is intact. For example, the thermostat is of other types. The corresponding adjustment test can also be carried out, but the test time is long.
(7) The electric blanket power controller shall be complete, smooth, free of defects, flexible in use, with clear switch marks, and the power cord used shall be double sheathed
In order to increase the life of the electric blanket and avoid accidents, it is necessary to use the electric blanket correctly. The methods are as follows:
(1) When laying the electric blanket, you should choose a cushion on the bed, and then lay the electric blanket. Bedding and blankets shall be laid on it to enhance the heating effect.
(2) The electric blanket should not be used for a long time. First, it is easy to waste energy, and second, it is easy to produce a burning sensation. If it is used for a long time, the constant temperature electric blanket must be selected.
(3) Never pierce the electric blanket with metal products to prevent short circuit of the electric wire and personal injury.
(4) If the electric blanket is dirty, it cannot be cleaned directly with water, otherwise the electric insulation performance will be reduced and electric leakage will occur.
