Operation method
Each bean should be cleaned. Drain the cleaned beans for use. Prepare ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and pepper.
Prepare a jar for soaking beans. It is better to use an opaque one. If it is really impossible, a glass jar can also be used. First, sterilize with boiling water and clean it. Pour the prepared cold white boiled water according to the proportion of beans, add salt and mix evenly. The water must submerge the beans.
Gently put the drained beans into the container, and finally put the ginger and garlic on it, sprinkle with Chinese prickly ash. If you want to taste sour faster, you can buy a bottle of pickled pepper and pour it in.
Cover the bottle mouth with plastic wrap to isolate air and miscellaneous fungi. Cover the container, pour some water around the cover to isolate air, and put it in a cool place. It can be eaten in about half a month.
