Operation method
To pickle dried white radish, first we need to prepare the white radish to be pickled, take a proper amount of white radish and wash it with water, cut off the head and tail for use.
Cut the washed white radish into radish strips, sprinkle some salt on the white radish strips, rub them with hands for a while, let the white radish fully contact with salt, and kill the water of the white radish.
After the white radish is well watered, put it in a sunny place to dry it. During the drying period, turn it frequently for two or three hours, so that both sides of the radish can be dried for two days.
Put the half dried white radish into the container, add some pepper noodles, some five spice powder, and some pepper noodles, stir them evenly, take out some when eating, add soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil, and taste them.
