Taxpayers shall file tax returns with the deed tax collection authority within 10 days from the date of the occurrence of the tax liability, and pay the tax within the time limit approved by the deed tax collection authority.

Next, we will use 10 million yuan to calculate. If the house price is different, we will use a value that is easy to calculate. If it is the first house, if the building area is less than 90 meters, the deed tax of 1% of the total house price should be paid, that is, the deed tax of 100000 yuan should be paid

If the building area is 90-144 square meters, pay a deed tax of 1.5% of the total house price, which is 150000 yuan.

If the building area is more than 144 square meters, pay 3% of the total house payment, that is, 300 thousand taxes;

If it is a second set of housing, no matter the size of the area, it is 3% of the total housing price, which is also a tax of 300000 yuan.
