Ingredients: - 1 crab - proper ginger slices - proper scallion segments - proper cooking wine - proper salt - proper cooking oil
Step: 1. Wash the crabs and remove the impurities in the cheeks and abdomen. 2. Cut a hole in the back of the big crab with a knife, take out the crab roe and crab meat, and set aside. 3.
