The theme packaging of 13 individual buildings of the Changsha Happy Ocean Park project has been completed. It is expected to start internal trial operation at the end of 2022. After completion, the project will become the largest comprehensive immersion ocean experience park in central China.
 Changsha Happy Ocean Park is located at the junction of Tanzhou Avenue and Xingguang Road in the Dawang Mountain Tourist Resort. It covers a total area of 450 mu, with a building area of about 190000 square meters. It extends north to Tongxi Road, west to Pingtang Avenue, south to Xunfu East Road, and east to Huayi Brothers (Changsha) Film Culture City Project.
 The whole park is divided into five theme areas, namely, entrance area, undersea area, polar area, tropical area and lake area. It integrates marine animals and marine fish display and performance, large-scale amusement facilities and multimedia cultural entertainment experience, presenting the fifth generation comprehensive marine theme park for tourists.
